Kriger Construction
Kriger Construction is a heavy and highway contractor founded in 1974 and based at 99 Power Boulevard in Archbald, Lackawanna County, and it operates affiliates including Bell Mountain Land Development and Diamond City Aggregates. The state Department of Environmental Protection's permit tracker lists Kriger Construction as the developer of Project Boson, a single data center building planned on the former Highway Auto Parts salvage yard in Archbald. Dickson City Development LLC, which registered with the state at Kriger's Archbald address and has ties to Kriger president Jim Marzolino, wants four data center buildings on Bell Mountain in Dickson City, a dispute now in county court. PDC Realty, which bought the Boson land, is also the property owner for the Essential Energy gas power plant of about 400 megawatts proposed across the road in Archbald.
