Blackstone (including QTS and Link Logistics)

Blackstone is a New York investment firm that calls itself the world's largest alternative asset manager, with more than $1.3 trillion in assets under management at the end of 2025. Blackstone funds bought data center company QTS in 2021 for about $10 billion including debt, and QTS has township approval for a campus it says will hold 12 data center buildings on about 1,700 acres in Salem Township, Luzerne County. Blackstone Infrastructure owns 49 percent of Invitium Energy, a venture with PPL that plans gas-fired power plants to sell electricity to Pennsylvania data centers at sites it hasn't named, and Link Logistics, which Blackstone founded in 2019, is weighing a 120 megawatt data center on Ridge Road in Trainer Borough and Lower Chichester Township, Delaware County.

QTS says it has 75 data centers in operation or under development across the United States and Europe.
