4-3 Glen Brook Group (with 4-3 Consulting)
4-3 Consulting LLC, founded by Jack Sordoni, puts together large groups of landowners to sell to data center buyers, and 4-3 Glen Brook Group LLC is the affiliated group behind its second deal in Salem Township, Luzerne County. 4-3 Consulting organized the sale of about 1,700 acres from 96 landowners to Blackstone-owned QTS, which the Times Leader reported in March 2026 paid the owners more than $500 million, and Sordoni said the township would get a $9 million community benefit agreement. In June 2026 the Glen Brook group announced a deal covering more than 4,000 acres and 194 landowners and asked the township to expand its data center overlay district for a campus with its own power plant, saying it has a buyer it can't name until zoning is approved and the sale closes.
