Whiteland Holdings LP

Whiteland Holdings LP is a limited partnership that won the East Whiteland Township Zoning Hearing Board's 2018 use variance for a data center on the former Foote Mineral site off Swedesford Road, and township records list it as a co-applicant with Green Fig Land LLC when that approval was expanded in 2021. At the 2018 hearing, the president of Roskamp Management Company of Exton testified that his firm provides management services to Whiteland Holdings, and a deed for the property was entered as an exhibit. The site is now the approved Sentinel and Green Fig data center, a two-building, 1.5 million square foot project waiting on foundation permits.
