Sentinel Data Centers
Sentinel Data Centers is a New York-based data center developer and operator founded in 2002, and it says it has delivered more than 3 million square feet of data centers. With Green Fig Land LLC, applying as Sentinel Green Fig LLC, it won township approval in 2024 for a 1.5 million square foot, two-building data center on the former Foote Mineral Superfund site off Swedesford Road in East Whiteland Township, Chester County. The township stopped work twice in 2026, Aqua agreed in October 2026 to supply up to 2.8 million gallons of water a day, and foundation permits were still under township review in early October.
Sentinel announced more than $3 billion of new data center projects in New Jersey and Virginia in September 2025, and its website lists more than 500 megawatts in development in Ohio and Indiana plus a 100-acre site "just outside of Philadelphia" planned for 300 megawatts, which it doesn't name.
