Viridian Partners
Viridian Partners is a brownfield redevelopment firm based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, that says it was founded in 2003, has four partners and has redeveloped more than 1,000 acres. In Londonderry Township, Dauphin County, partner Michael Cahn presented a data center concept in February 2025 for Zeager Bros. land the firm said it had under agreement, and no plan has been filed since. In West Manchester Township, York County, supervisors created a data center overlay zone for the Briarwood Golf Club at Viridian's request in October 2025, and no building plans have been filed there either.
