Briarwood Golf Club
Briarwood Golf Club is a family-owned daily-fee golf course at 4775 West Market Street west of York, in West Manchester Township, York County. At the request of Colorado-based Viridian Partners, township supervisors created a Data Center Overlay Zone covering the club's two parcels on October 23, 2025, and the township's board chairman told GOLF.com that the owners don't want to keep it as a golf course. No land development plan has been filed, and on October 13, 2026 the township Planning Commission recommended adding objective noise standards to the overlay.
