Sansone Group (Ercor)
Sansone Group is a St. Louis commercial real estate firm founded in 1957, which St. Louis Magazine describes as family-owned with more than 300 employees in 10 offices. WVIA reported that property records trace Ercor Triboro LLC, owner of about 548 acres of Triboro Industrial Park land at the Jessup and Olyphant border in Lackawanna County, back to Sansone, and that the firm paid $17.5 million for the land. Data center plans for the land were pulled before Olyphant's May 18, 2026 planning meeting and the borough says it's approved only for warehouses, but the state Department of Environmental Protection is reviewing permits for what it calls the Triboro Industrial Park Data Center, and PPL's transmission plans point to a large new power customer nearby. Ercor has also sued Olyphant Borough, which allows data centers only by conditional use under a 2026 ordinance.
