Pennsylvania Data Center Partners

Pennsylvania Data Center Partners is a company led by founder and CEO Igal Feibush that says it develops and owns hyperscale data centers in Pennsylvania. In July 2025 it announced the Pennsylvania Digital I (PAX) campus in Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, near Carlisle, as its first joint venture with PowerHouse Data Centers, describing a $15 billion project of 1.35 gigawatts that could grow to 1.8 gigawatts. Its subsidiary Lewistown Development LLC, a Delaware company with a Wormleysburg address, applied in July 2026 for six data center buildings on farmland in Granville Township, Mifflin County, and is appealing the township's decision to return the application as incomplete. In April 2026 it and PowerHouse asked Monroe Township, Cumberland County, for time to present a possible data center at two properties on West Grantham Road and Williams Grove Road that their letter says they've secured, then postponed the presentation in June; no application had been filed as of October 26, 2026.
