PDC Realty
PDC Realty LLC is a Dickson City company that bought the former Highway Auto Parts salvage yard on Eynon Jermyn Road in Archbald, Lackawanna County, for $1.575 million, according to Data Center Dynamics. It's behind Project Boson, a single data center building of about 620,000 square feet on part of the yard, which is still waiting on land development approval from the borough. It's also the listed property owner on Essential Energy LLC's application for a gas power plant of about 400 megawatts on the salvage yard land across the road, which is in conditional use hearings before borough council. Data Center Dynamics reports that local businessman Jim Marzolino is affiliated with the company, and the public records we found don't list its full ownership.
