J.G. Petrucci Co. is a privately held developer and design-build company in Asbury, New Jersey, founded in 1987, that says it has built more than six million square feet and owns and manages about 3.5 million square feet in three states. With Peron Development, it confirmed in February 2026 that it's working on a data center campus in Lower Mount Bethel Township, Northampton County, near Talen Energy's power plants. After strong local opposition, a petition to rezone about 239 acres there from agricultural to industrial use is before the township, and no conditional use or land development application has been filed. In August 2026 it filed plans for a data center at 1024 N. Bradford Street in Allentown, beside Coca-Cola Park, on a site that DatacenterDynamics says was approved in 2022 for its Allentown Flex Center industrial building.
Baxtel reported in August 2026 that J.G. Petrucci submitted plans for a 100 megawatt, 146,000 square foot data center and substation at 1024 N. Bradford Street in Allentown.
