Green Fig Land LLC
Green Fig Land LLC is a land development company whose managing partner is Charles Lyddane, and a 2022 announcement said its partners had long histories building offices, specialized industrial buildings and large adult living facilities in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Texas, Illinois and Florida. It's co-developer with Sentinel Data Centers of the approved two-building, 1.5 million square foot data center on the former Foote Mineral Superfund site in East Whiteland Township, Chester County, where the two apply together as Sentinel Green Fig LLC. In 2022 it also petitioned neighboring West Whiteland Township to allow data centers with on-site power plants in its Office/Laboratory district, then withdrew before the January 2023 hearing.
Lyddane said in 2022 that Green Fig had spent three years working with the state legislature on a bill to end the sales tax on data center equipment in Pennsylvania.
