Western Hospitality Partners
Western Hospitality Partners is a data center developer that has proposed large campuses in several states, including Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Alabama, according to the industry site Baxtel. In Archbald, Lackawanna County, it started Project Gravity through Archbald 25 Developer LLC, then sold that land on December 23, 2025 to US Gravity Purchaser LLC, which is tied to Corscale's investment partner, Affinius Capital. Stop Archbald Data Centers identifies it as the developer behind Green Mountain 6 LLC, which wants seven data center buildings at the old Stavola quarry in Archbald and is in conditional use hearings before borough council. Public records we found don't say where the company is based or who owns it.
Baxtel reports the company withdrew a 321-acre data center plan in Pekin, Illinois, and replaced its original Project Lincoln plan near La Grange, Kentucky, with a smaller version after local opposition.
