Terawatt Data Centers (TerraWatt LLC)
Terawatt Data Centers is a company headquartered in New York City, according to the Altoona Mirror, that's interested in the 330-acre former Appvion paper mill property in Taylor Township, Blair County, near Roaring Spring. Township supervisors say they've met with the company and toured the site with its representatives, but no plans or permit applications had been filed as of October 2026, and the township has been writing data center rules into its land development ordinance. Public records we found don't say who owns the company.
