Scannell Properties
Scannell Properties is an Indianapolis-based development firm, as REBusinessOnline described it in 2018 when it completed a 450,000 square foot build-to-suit distribution center near Dallas. Our project records list it as working with CDE Acquisitions, LLC, an Atlanta affiliate of Edged Data Centers, on Project Atlas, which would put three data center buildings of about 492,000 square feet each on roughly 410 acres at 2493 North Cedar Crest Boulevard in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, across from Parkland High School. Public records we found don't spell out Scannell's role, and the applicant said in September 2026 that it would return with a revised plan.
