National Land Developers
National Land Developers, LLC describes itself as a land and infrastructure development firm for complex industrial sites in the United States and Canada, including sites for data center users, and its website doesn't give an address or name its leaders. Working with Greener by Design, it showed West Rockhill Township, Bucks County, a sketch plan for a data center at 215 Cathill Road near Sellersville in October 2025, and in July 2026 it applied to the township Zoning Hearing Board for a special exception. The township lists the plan at 350,000 square feet, and its October 2026 status report says the applicant postponed the hearing schedule.
