MLP Ventures (Brian O'Neill)
MLP Ventures is a King of Prussia investment and development company founded and led by J. Brian O'Neill, and its website lists life sciences, health care and construction businesses along with a data center unit it calls Infrastructure as a Service. In Montgomery County it's behind a special exception application for a data center on the former steel mill site at 900 Conshohocken Road in Plymouth Township, five data center plans in King of Prussia that Upper Merion Township supervisors denied in August 2026 and that are now on appeal in county court, and a conditional use application from its affiliate Innovation 411 Fee Owner, LLC for a former quarry and landfill tract on Front Street in West Conshohocken. Upper Merion Township says seven zoning applications there were filed by "MLP Ventures controlled entities," which withdrew them in October 2026.
MLP Ventures says its Infrastructure as a Service company builds large data centers with their own off-grid power generation and that its first projects will be in East Coast markets, and O'Neill's biography says he co-founded DaSTOR, an enterprise data center company.
