MCD 7 LLC
MCD 7 LLC, which shows up as MDC 7 LLC in some records, is the applicant for Project Laurel, a campus of eight two-story data center buildings totaling just under 2.8 million square feet on about 191 acres across from the Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Limerick Township, Montgomery County. Data Center Dynamics reported that it has owned the property since at least 2025, and the township lists three conditional use applications from it. Its hearings before the Board of Supervisors continue on October 27, 2026, and the public records we found don't say who owns the company.
