Mawson Infrastructure Group (now Big Digital Energy)

Big Digital Energy, Inc., which changed its name from Mawson Infrastructure Group in April 2026, is a Nasdaq-listed company based in Midland, Pennsylvania, that runs Bitcoin mining, colocation and artificial intelligence computing sites, with about 129 megawatts of current capacity, all on the PJM regional grid. Through its subsidiary Luna Squares Property LLC, it broke ground in 2023 on a 120 megawatt Bitcoin mine at 201 Clark Street in the City of Sharon, Mercer County, but its landlord ended the lease in February 2024 before the site operated, and the property is now Keel Infrastructure's. Its lawsuit seeking to reinstate the lease was still pending in the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas as of August 2026.

In April 2026 it agreed to provide about 75 megawatts at its Midland, Pennsylvania facility to Six Thirty AI, an Endeavor Group affiliate, and in July 2026 a joint venture it manages bought 30 acres in Hood County, Texas, with 17 megawatts of operational power that the company says could grow to 111 megawatts from the grid.
