Legacy Partners
Legacy Partners is one of two private equity partners, with Heights Advisors, that KRNL Data Centers says back it, according to KRNL's promotional language quoted by Coal Region Canary. KRNL, a New York City developer that says it finds and prepares land for data center construction, bought a wooded parcel in New Castle Township, Schuylkill County, on the Frackville border for $600,000 for a multi-building campus, but no application has been filed and the township has since made data centers a conditional use in a new highway industrial district. Public records we found don't say which of the firms using the Legacy Partners name this is, where it's based or who runs it.
