Heights Advisors

Heights Advisors is named by KRNL Data Centers, which bought an 89-acre wooded parcel in New Castle Township, Schuylkill County, on the Frackville border for a data center campus, as one of its backers; Coal Region Canary reported that KRNL promotes itself as "backed by private equity partners Heights Advisors and Legacy Partners." KRNL hasn't filed an application, and the township has since made data centers a conditional use in a new Highway Industrial district. We found a Heights Advisors LLC that develops residential buildings in New York City and Philadelphia, but we couldn't confirm it's the firm KRNL names or what role it has in the project.
