Jeras Corporation owns the roughly 410-acre site at 2493 North Cedar Crest Boulevard in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, across from Parkland High School, according to Lehigh County property records cited by WFMZ. CDE Acquisitions LLC of Atlanta, an affiliate of Edged Data Centers, has filed plans there for Project Atlas, now three data center buildings of about 492,000 square feet each, and the township hasn't decided on them. Public records we found don't say who owns Jeras Corporation or what else it does.
