Inch & Co.
Inch & Co. is a York-based developer that, through 1235 Martina Drive Owner LLC, a joint venture with landowner Eastern Land & Resources Co., asked South Annville Township, Lebanon County, in March 2026 to rezone land off U.S. Route 422 for a data center campus. Its vice president of development, Joe Eisenhauer, described a $1.7 billion concept of five 150,000 square foot buildings on a 99-acre site. The joint venture withdrew the request on May 12, 2026, a week after the township planning commission voted 6-0 against recommending it.
