Eastern Land & Resources Co. (MFS, Inc.)

Eastern Land & Resources Co. is the business name of MFS, Inc., which owns about 99 acres off U.S. Route 422 in South Annville Township, Lebanon County, according to LebTown. It was a joint venture partner with York-based Inch & Co. in 1235 Martina Drive Owner LLC, which asked the township to rezone part of the land for a $1.7 billion, five-building data center campus and withdrew the request in May 2026 after the planning commission voted 6-0 to recommend denial. LebTown reports that the nearby Clear Spring Logistics Park, with buildings for DHL, The Hershey Company and NorthPoint Development, sits on former MFS land.
