Hanover Development L.P.
Hanover Development L.P. is a Gwynedd Valley, Pennsylvania, partnership that bought about 37 acres on Gravel Pike in Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County, in 2009, according to documents filed with its application. On June 9, 2026, hours before supervisors adopted stricter data center rules, it filed a conditional use application and a validity challenge for a 150,000 square foot data center on the land. Its principal, Robert Downs, announced on October 13, 2026 that both were withdrawn, and the township received the withdrawal letters the next day.
