Elysian Partners, LLC is a privately held real estate company from Boca Raton, Florida, according to the York Daily Record, and it has floated data centers in three York County townships. With the farm business that owns the land, it asked Conewago Township to allow a data center on 541 acres of farmland on Bowers Bridge Road, and the township has paused data center applications until January 3, 2027 while it writes its own rules. It also presented an idea for farmland on White Oak Road in Windsor Township in May 2025, and in Fairview Township, Fairview Crossroads, LLC, a company owned by Kevin Brown, who also presented for Elysian, asked for a zoning change that the township adopted in July 2025, allowing data centers by conditional use on lots of 50 acres or more, and showed a concept for an 84-acre tract on Lewisberry Road. No data center application has been filed in any of the three townships, according to township records.
