Chirisa Technology Parks
Chirisa Technology Parks develops data center campuses for cloud and artificial intelligence tenants and is part of Chirisa Investments, a firm that invests in digital infrastructure, communications and real estate. In Lancaster city it's turning two former printing plants at 216 Greenfield Road and 1375 Harrisburg Pike into the Lancaster AI Hub for tenant CoreWeave, and the city says its subsidiaries Greenfield Road Owner, LLC and Harrisburg Place Owner, LLC own the two sites. Funds managed by Blue Owl Capital closed a joint venture with Chirisa and Machine Investment Group in 2025 that includes $4 billion of funding for the Lancaster buildings.
Chirisa lists campuses near Richmond, Virginia, and in Chicago, Piscataway, New Jersey, and Lynnwood, Washington, with a development pipeline it puts above 1 gigawatt, and Blue Owl has said it intends to fund up to $20 billion of Chirisa developments.
