Bloxton Investment Group
Bloxton Investment Group owns the 14-story former Luzerne Bank Building at 67-69 Public Square in downtown Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County, which it bought in 2022 with plans to turn it into a hotel, according to Data Center Dynamics. Avison Young is marketing the building for sale or lease with 3 megawatts of existing power that its listing says can be expanded to 13 megawatts for data center, AI or crypto-mining use. About 3,500 square feet is already in data center use, and Data Center Dynamics says Nebula Data Centers, which is linked to Bloxton, operates out of the building. The public records we found don't say where Bloxton is based or who runs it.
