Nebula Data Centers runs data center space in the former Luzerne Bank Building at 67-69 Public Square in downtown Wilkes-Barre, and Data Center Dynamics reported that it's linked to Bloxton Investment Group, which bought the building in 2022. Avison Young is marketing the building for sale or lease with 3 megawatts of existing power that it says can be expanded to 13 megawatts for data center, AI or crypto-mining use, and its brochure says about 3,500 square feet is already in data center use. No buyer, new tenant or permit application has been reported.
