1778 Rich Pike LLC
1778 Rich Pike LLC is a Doylestown developer, as WVIA describes it, behind a data center campus along Interstate 380 in Clifton and Covington townships, Lackawanna County, near Gouldsboro, which was first pitched at up to 35 buildings and 1,500 megawatts and which WVIA described in August 2026 as an 11-building campus. Quantm Group LLC filed the Covington conditional use application in August 2026, and Gouldsboro Land LLC, which shares 1778 Rich Pike's address, bought 315 acres in Covington and 141 acres in Clifton between December 2025 and June 2026. A county judge voided Clifton's 2025 data center ordinance in August 2026 after the developer's challenges, and the company has told Data Center Dynamics it isn't affiliated with NE Edge. Public records we found don't identify who owns the LLC, and the developer's lawyers say the end user is covered by a nondisclosure agreement.
