TierPoint, LLC
TierPoint is a St. Louis data center and information technology services company that says it operates 40 data centers in 20 U.S. markets. In October 2025 it bought the 137-acre TekPark campus, the former Bell Labs site in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, where it had leased its largest data center, and it's expanding the power there to about 100 megawatts. The Public Utility Commission approved PPL's new lines to a substation on the site in August 2026, while the state Department of Environmental Protection lists no permit applications for the expansion yet.
TierPoint says it has issued about $2 billion of asset-backed securities secured by a portfolio of 33 data centers.
