Prologis
Prologis is a San Francisco-based real estate investment trust that owns and develops logistics buildings, with properties and projects totaling about 1.3 billion square feet at the end of 2025, and its stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange. It owns a million-square-foot warehouse at 2500 Liberty Drive in Allen Township, Northampton County, and township supervisors approved its plan in March 2026 to turn the empty building into a data center that a company representative said could run at about 300 megawatts. No tenant has been named.
Prologis says it's expanding into data centers in select markets, building new ones and converting existing buildings, and it had $686 million of data center projects under development at the end of 2025.
