Pocono Manor Investors, LP

Pocono Manor Investors, LP is a limited partnership that owns land in Tobyhanna Township's resort zoning district at Pocono Manor, Monroe County, and its attorney told supervisors it supported a zoning change to allow data centers there. Supervisors adopted Ordinance No. 579 in December 2025, making data centers a permitted use in that district, and partner Jim Cahill said the site, in an old quarry, has 69-kilovolt power and plenty of water on it. No data center developer, tenant or building plan has been filed.
