Penn Hurst Holdings DE LLC
Penn Hurst Holdings DE LLC owns the grounds of the former Pennhurst State School and Hospital at 1205 Commonwealth Drive in East Vincent Township, Chester County, under deeds dated from 2018 to 2024, according to its conditional use application. It applied in October 2025 for a data center campus there, later revised to three buildings totaling about 1.9 million square feet on roughly 125 acres, and the township supervisors denied it 5-0 on May 21, 2026. The company has appealed to the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. Its application lists a Rockland, Delaware, mailing address, and public records we found don't identify its owners.
