One Trinity Real Estate Investments
One Trinity Real Estate Investments owns a light industrial site behind the Valmont Shopping Plaza in West Hazleton Borough, Luzerne County, that already had approval for a 600,000-square-foot warehouse, according to Data Center Dynamics. In September 2025 engineers from RJD Engineering presented plans to the borough planning commission to market the land for a possible data center, and Data Center Dynamics reported in October 2025 that the request was denied because the borough's zoning code doesn't list data centers as a permitted use. Public records we found don't say where the company is based or who owns it.
