Mudiita Group
Mudiita Group described itself on its now-closed websites as a global business group with operations in the U.S., India and Singapore. Its affiliate Mudiita Land Venture LLC bought more than 500 acres along Ransom Road above the Alliance Landfill in Ransom Township, Lackawanna County, for $2.4 million in July 2026, while a Mudiita Infra website advertised an all-electric data center campus on a 930-plus-acre site in Lackawanna County. The websites came down later that month, the only person named on the LLC's state incorporation papers told WVIA there were no current plans and that he no longer owns shares, and nothing has been filed with the township or the state Department of Environmental Protection.
