Miles Brothers
Real estate development and remediation company in the Miles family group, which the brochure says developed the Glassworks site and invested $13 million. Penn Business Report named it a co-owner of the Glassworks Business Park with the Clarion County Industrial Development Authority in 2018. Sister companies are Terraworks (civil construction) and American Precast (precast manufacturing, the park's first tenant), and the group has a solar arm with 600 MW of contracts underway, per the brochure. A third-party tracker calls the developer 'Miles Brothers, LLC,' but we haven't confirmed the legal name or current title holder.
