Limerick Town Center LLC
Limerick Town Center LLC is a limited liability company with an address in Madison, Connecticut, that owns the former Publicker distillery site in Linfield and has applied to build a data center campus there in Limerick Township, Montgomery County. Its plan, revised in July 2026, calls for seven buildings up to 98.7 feet tall with about 507 megawatts of on-site power generation on about 191 acres. In January 2026 the Pennsylvania Game Commission voted to trade it about 55 acres of State Game Lands 234 and a 200-foot right-of-way in exchange for about 60 acres in Limerick and land in Berks and Delaware counties. Public records we found don't identify who owns it.
