The Liberty Group
The Liberty Group is a Williamsport company that invests in, develops and manages commercial and residential properties and manages hotels in several states, with offices at 101 West Third Street. Through DANKO Holdings II, LP, which the Williamsport Sun-Gazette describes as part of The Liberty Group, and Fishlips, LLC, which lists the same address, it has proposed three data center buildings on about 100 acres off John Brady Drive in Muncy Township, Lycoming County. The developer says the plan was approved by default because the township didn't hold a hearing in time, and neighbors, the township and an environmental group are challenging that in county court and Commonwealth Court.
