Legend Properties, Inc.
Legend Properties is a commercial real estate brokerage and development consulting firm formed in 1990 and headquartered in Conshohocken, with a second office in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. It began assembling about 120 acres in Marshalls Creek, Smithfield Township, Monroe County, in 2017 for Smithfield Gateway, a planned shopping, office and apartment project. The current owners of that land, DEPG Mosier Associates LP and DEPG of Shawnee II LP, list Legend chief executive James DePetris as their contact and are seeking conditional use approval for a 500,000-square-foot data center and substation there, with a township hearing opening October 28, 2026.
