KSR (as listed by DEP)
KSR is the name the state Department of Environmental Protection's data center permit tracker gives for an unnamed data center project in Plains Township, Luzerne County, which it lists as proposed with no permit applications received. Plains Township commissioners say they've received no application and don't know who wants to buy land, and they've been drafting a 592-acre Energy and Technology overlay that would decide where any data center could go. Public records we found don't identify the company behind the KSR listing.
