Hendricks Group Developers LLC
Hendricks Group Developers LLC is a real estate development company that Tim Hendricks formed in 2020, according to state records cited by Pittsburgh's Public Source. Hendricks signed an option on June 19, 2026 to buy a 549-acre former landfill on Henderson Road in Elizabeth Township, Allegheny County, where he has pitched a campus of up to 28 data center buildings and a 1 gigawatt natural gas plant. Nothing has been filed with the township, and Hendricks says another company would build and operate the campus.
Public Source reports Elizabeth Township would be Hendricks's fourth data center effort, and that he had an agreement to buy 705 acres in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, for a data center but says he's no longer involved there.
