The Hanover Company
A family-owned real estate company in Houston, founded in 1982, that develops, builds and manages apartments and, since late 2021, industrial buildings. South Hanover Township's minutes record that The Hanover Company emailed the township a noise study for its 'Hummelstown project' on June 8, 2026, two weeks before HCI DP Land Acquisition LLC filed for data centers on the Hummelstown quarry site, and the local opposition group identifies HCI as The Hanover Company. Its own website doesn't mention data centers.
