Fezzik Energy
Fezzik Energy markets former steel mill and industrial sites in southwestern Pennsylvania to data center companies, and it says it's advancing three sites there, all approved for on-site power generation and close to major gas pipelines. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported in February 2026 that its partners include land developer Chuck Betters, attorney Jonathan Kamin and Joanna Doven, and that it's working to bring data centers to former J&L Steel sites in Midland Borough and the City of Aliquippa in Beaver County. The state's permit tracker lists an unnamed Fezzik Energy data center in Midland as proposed, with no applications received.
