Envision Land Use Group
Envision Land Use Group approached North Coventry Township, Chester County, in January 2026 about a small data center of about 120,000 square feet at 299 W. Schuylkill Road, which township minutes describe as self-contained, cooled with a closed-loop system and staffed by six people. It asked the supervisors for informal feedback through its attorney, Denise Yarnoff of Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco, and it never filed an application. Supervisors voted 3-2 on February 23, 2026 to tell the developer the township wasn't interested in the site, and the public records we found don't say where the company is based or who owns it.
