Dickson City Development LLC
Dickson City Development LLC is a limited liability company registered in November 2025 at 99 Power Boulevard in Archbald, the headquarters address of Kriger Construction Inc., and WVIA reports it has ties to Kriger President Jim Marzolino. It wants to build four data center buildings on Bell Mountain off Business Route 6 in Dickson City Borough, Lackawanna County, in an area zoned for homes and open space, and it hasn't told the borough how much power the campus would need. The borough's Zoning Hearing Board unanimously rejected its challenge to the data center ordinance in May 2026, and the dispute has moved to the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas.
