Corscale Data Centers
Corscale Data Centers is a Houston developer that says it designs, builds, owns and operates data centers for very large cloud and AI customers, working with its affiliate and investment partner Affinius Capital, and its top executives also run the affiliated office and industrial developer Patrinely. Corscale says it has owned the Project Gravity site in Archbald Borough, Lackawanna County, since late 2025, and it has filed final plans there for a 475 megawatt campus that it says has a large cloud tenant it can't name yet. In Swatara Township, Dauphin County, Corscale representatives presented the plan for Highlands East, one of two data center campuses planned on and near the former Dauphin Highlands golf course, and that campus's applicant lists its address in care of Affinius Capital.
Corscale is building a five-building campus with 326 megawatts of power at Gainesville Crossing in Northern Virginia and has said it has more sites in development in Northern Virginia, Phoenix and London.
