Buena Vista Solar
Buena Vista Solar owns a 549-acre former landfill on Henderson Road by the Youghiogheny River in Elizabeth Township, Allegheny County, which it bought in 2022 for $1, according to Pittsburgh's Public Source. In June 2026 Hendricks Group Developers signed an option agreement to buy the land from Buena Vista Solar, and it's pitching a data center campus and a 1-gigawatt gas power plant there, though nothing has been filed with the township. Public records we found don't say who owns Buena Vista Solar or where it's based.
