Brewster Land Company LLC
Brewster Land Company LLC owns a parcel of about 155 acres at South Main and Yeager roads in Dorrance Township, Luzerne County, in the township's B-2 Highway Business District. It filed a substantive validity challenge arguing the township's zoning unlawfully kept out data centers and asked for site-specific approval to build them, and the Zoning Hearing Board unanimously denied the challenge on May 6, 2026. Its attorney, Matthew McHugh, said the company expects to continue its appeal, but we haven't found a court filing, and DEP lists the site as a proposed data center with no permit applications received. The public records we found don't say who owns the company.
