BET Lehigh Real Estate

BET Lehigh Real Estate owns about 50 acres along Route 209 at the far end of East Broad Street in Tamaqua Borough, Schuylkill County, one of only two areas the Eastern Schuylkill Regional Planning group rezoned to industrial on October 6, 2026 to allow data centers. The borough solicitor said the site probably isn't big enough to draw a data center, and no developer had applied as of the October 6 hearing. Public records we found don't say who owns BET Lehigh Real Estate or where it's based.
